Public & Commercial Pools
Hotels, resorts, gyms, water parks, municipal pools, and sports centres must have all 6 items above plus rescue equipment, life rings, and body straps.
Residential Complexes
Shared pools in complexes with 5+ units need rescue poles, life rings, a first aid kit, and emergency signage. AEDs are highly recommended and may become mandatory under municipal rules.
